Your Day Surgery Representatives

Since our founding, Day Surgery Companions Services has been the Outpatient Surgery Representative agency of choice in the Seattle area. What started off as a small agency has since grown into an agency with representatives that cover all hospitals, outpatient surgery clinics, cosmetic surgery centers, and dental offices where anesthesia and other forms of sedation are used. Day Surgery Companions Services specializes in representing patients who do not have a family or friend available as their support person. Transporting, if required, and accompanying our client to an outpatient procedure, where sedation is required. Day Surgery Companions Services offer clients all the attention and care they deserve in order to relieve some of the stress associated with his or her outpatient procedure, to support and promote healing.

Cost of Services

Cost $80.00 per hour
Billing starts at the time of pick-up or at medical facility
Ends when the client is returned to designated location or admitted to hospital.
The client is responsible for all toll charges and parking.
3-hour minimum charge client is responsible for all extra time or overage
Wheelchair van available (must be booked in advance).
Medicare and Medicaid upon approval
Service is non-refundable once billing starts
