Cost of Services

• Cost  $80.00 per hour

• Billing starts at the time of pick-up or at medical facility

• Ends when the client is returned to designated location or admitted to hospital.

• The client is responsible for all toll charges and parking. 

• 3-hour minimum charge client is responsible for all extra time or overage

• Wheelchair van available (must be booked in advance).

• Medicare and Medicaid upon approval

• Service is non-refundable once billing starts
